The following terms and conditions apply to all companies and or persons or other entities (“you”) that are attending any Workshops, Training programs, Presentation, and Seminar (“Seminar”), organised or delivered by Life and Business Wisdom Pty Ltd, trading as Business Ignite (“we” or “us”).  Please ensure you have read and understand the following:

Acceptance of terms and conditions

By completing the registration form, booking form, or Sign-Up form for a particular Seminar, training program, or workshop, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”) and they will be incorporated into the contract between us (“Contract”). You will ensure that you and your employees, partners, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and any other person attending the Seminar on your behalf shall comply with these Terms. The Contract is formed when we send you a Payment Invoice, or Confirmation email.

1. Payment

The fee for attending the Seminar (“Registration Fee”) will be as stated on the registration form for the relevant Seminar from time to time. Prices are exclusive of Tax except where expressly stated otherwise. All payments for the Registration Fee must be made in full at the time of completing the registration form and in any event prior to the date of the Seminar. If payment is not received within 3 business days of your registration, your registration will be cancelled, and the payment of any refund will be at our complete discretion. Payment will be made via our merchant account provider (and you consent to us passing your necessary details to the merchant account provider and to them processing necessary information about you). We reserve the right to amend the price and any other promotions as we think fit.

However, there is no refund if the Seminar is delivered via ZOOM, or any other teleconferencing or webinar software.

2. Liability and Disclaimer – important, you must read this.

The Seminar, training, workshop, or any other presentation and material presented to you are purely consultative in nature and will be delivered through a group advisory coaching manner. The information provided Is intended for educational purposes and does not constitute any financial, legal, or clinical advice on any subject matter. If in doubt, you are encouraged to seek proper legal, financial, or medical advice from a registered practitioner.

To reinforce this notion, this program is or can be regarded as either a group consultation, group advisory coaching, group training, or group workshop, where you will be presented with ideas, concepts, strategies, tools, exercises worksheet, implementation workbook, fill-in templates, documents, instructional guide about Business, Internet Marketing, and Life strategies, in general.

It is at your discretion to apply the strategies we teach based on your individual conditions. We take no responsibility.

To elaborate further, any materials, earnings, results, concepts, and potential income presentation made by us, or in any other programs developed by us, are aspirational statements only of your earnings potential. Individual results will always vary and yours will depend entirely on your innate attributes, past and present business skills and experiences, sales psychology, individual capacity, mental attitudes, work ethics, the economy, level of motivation, the normal and unforeseen risks of doing business, opportunities presented, preparation, diligence, and other factors. Testimonials, and other examples used are exceptional, non-typical results and are intended to be and are not a guarantee that you or others will achieve the same results.

Victor Kon, other registered names, trainer, teacher, educators, and other associate companies, are not responsible for your actions. You are solely for your own decisions, execution, implementation, and the evaluation and use of our training, products, software, and services, and should be based on you own due diligence. You agreed that we are not liable to you in any way for your results in using our products and services.  

Our sole liability in relation to any cancellation, postponement or change of venue shall be limited to the price paid by you for such Seminar and we shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential losses.

3. Your Obligations

If you act in any way which in our opinion is likely to cause disruption, disturbance, harm, or nuisance to any person at the Seminar. We will provide only 1 verbal warning, and if you continue to demonstrate non-compliance, you will be required to leave the Seminar and we shall not be liable to refund your Registration Fee or any other payment.

Furthermore, if you demonstrate non-compliance to remove oneself, you agreed to be liable for the damage costs if participants were to walk out or requesting for refund at later dates due to your behaviours, agency costs to resolve bad reviews, defamation, and our legal costs.  

Moreover, you are responsible to issue a public apology letter to all participants, to be disbursed by the Organiser, for your anti-social behaviour. Failure to comply, you agreed to indemnify us on any monetary loss and legal costs, until the matter is resolved.   

In relation to health, safety, and property matters:
You must comply at all times with the health and safety policy of the venue. You must comply with all requests from us or the venue with regard to health and safety and failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave the Seminar (in which case no refund will be provided). You may not bring any equipment or items of a hazardous or dangerous nature to the Seminar.

You shall not cause any damage to any part of the venue (including outside areas, and all inside walls, flooring, fixtures and fittings). You are solely liable for any damage caused by you, your employees, contractors, sub-contractors and agents to any such area of the venue and shall fully reimburse us in relation to any damage so caused.

You must keep your personal belongings with you at all times and we accept no liability for any damage to, loss of or theft of any of your belongings or other items brought to the Seminar by you.

4. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agrees that any content and material presented does not provide you with any interest or title in, or right to use, during the training or after the completion of the program. We own the intellectual property (IP). You acknowledge and agrees that our Intellectual property may not be otherwise used, copied, reproduced or altered in any manner.


5. Promotional materials and materials at the Seminar

You agree that we may include your details in any promotional materials relating to the Seminar and/or any materials used at the Seminar. We are not liable for errors or omissions contained in such information.

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright for any such promotional materials and any materials used at the Seminar (including course notes, slides, brochures, articles and case studies) belongs to us and may not be reproduced in any medium without our prior written consent.

You may use such materials for your own business purposes only and may not reproduce, publish or deal with such materials in any way for any commercial use.

We reserve the right to change the published program (including the publicized speakers) or materials as we think fit.

6. Photography, filming and video testimonials

We may wish to photograph or film the Seminar and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future Seminars or otherwise. You consent to us (or any other person attending the Seminar) photographing or filming you and any persons attending the Seminar with you. You shall not photograph or video the Seminar without our prior consent.

7. Data protection

We will communicate with you using the contact details provided on the Registration Form for the purposes of the Seminar. All registration data will be housed in our Client Relationship Management; however, we have overseas contractors working with us to market, promote, and deliver customer service on our behalf, and you agree for them to contact you from time to time to resolve and deliver services to you and your company.

8. Tickets

You will receive an email confirmation of tickets or confirmation booking, and we will have your name on the attendee list and if you have paid the Registration Fee you shall be provided with access to the Seminar.

9. Refunds

All tickets for the Seminar shall be non-refundable except as set out in section 10,11, and 12. However, if you are unable to attend the Seminar for any reason you may email us at support@businessignite.com.au to provide us with either A) the name of a substitute to attend the Seminar on your behalf and on receipt of this email we shall make such substitution and allow the substitute access to the Seminar, or B) request to move the reservation date to the next Seminar date, subject to availability and our approval, and provided that there is no price increases. If you opt for option B, you can only have 1(one) re-allocation.

10. Cancellation

There may be circumstances in which we need to cancel the Seminar. In such circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund of the amount of the Registration Fee that you have paid to us and we will make every effort to provide you with such refund within 20 working days of the date of cancellation.

11. Postponement, cancellation or change to Venue.

There may be circumstances in which we need to postpone the Seminar or change the venue at which Seminar is to be held and if we do, we shall advise you of this as soon as we possibly can. In the event of postponement or the replacement venue is more than 48 kilometers away from the publicized venue, you may cancel your ticket by emailing us at info@businessignite.com.au and we shall provide you with a full refund.

12.   Money-Back Guaranteed

This program is intended for attendees who are genuinely serious about learning strategies on how to build, optimize, market, and grow their business. But if you are simply curious (perhaps a competitor) about this program and wish to exercise this right, we encourage you not to attend to save embarrassment.  

If you are a serious student and felt that the VALUE you received in this 3 Day training program, such as:

  • the business & online marketing Strategies, 
  • business growth ideas, 
  • marketing insights, 
  • “aha” moments that would potentially grow your business and mitigate loss & risks for many years to come. 
  • The intrinsic and extrinsic value that would positively impact your Life and Business,
  • the potential TIME & RESOURCE Savings through the discovering of new strategies,

Provided that you adhere to these conditions:

  1. That you have attended the full 3-day training.
  2. That you demonstrated participation in the exercises, workshop activities as requested.
  3. And you execute this Right on the last day (being the 3rd day of the program) of the Seminar between 4PM – 7pm, either in person or by email.

We will give you your money back.

13. Travel, accommodation, and refreshments

You shall be responsible for making and paying for your own travel and accommodation arrangements to and from the Seminar. If you are late at the Seminar or prevented from attending the Seminar due to travel delays or any other circumstances, we shall not be obliged to provide you with a refund or to wait to start the Seminar until you arrive. Lunch and light refreshments shall be provided.

14. Disability, medical conditions, participation in practical and dietary requirements

If you have any disability or medical condition that requires us to make special arrangements for you, please email us at info@businessignite.com.au as soon as possible and in any Seminar at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the Seminar.

Participation in practical components will not be compulsory. After demonstration by the course leaders, it will be the responsibility of each participant to determine the level of involvement they have in any practical exercises.

15. Confidentiality

You shall maintain the confidentiality of the content given in the 3 Day training program, both during and after the Program. You agree not to use, copy, disclose, publish, make available, distribute or otherwise exploit the Confidential Information, directly or indirectly, without first obtaining the written consent of Business Ignite (or Life and Business Wisdom Pty Ltd), except as required by applicable laws; provided that you shall have promptly notified Business Ignite of such requirement prior to disclosure of the Confidential Information.


16. Limitations of Liability

Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken by us to ensure security and safety at the seminar, we shall not in any way be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you whatsoever in relation to the Seminar, save that nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to limit the liability of any person for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, any fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability for which it is unlawful to exclude or limit liability.

Our total liability for any matter arising out of the Contract shall in all circumstances be limited to the price paid by you for the Seminar and we shall not in any circumstances be liable to you for any consequential loss whatsoever.
